  3. Extravagant Worship

    Sunday, May 16, 2010

"Every act of obedience has far-reaching consequences."

    Mark 14:1-16
We can learn from Mary's example.
She displayed an excellent balance of sitting at Jesus feet absorbing all his teachings & actions. She also took extravagant action to display her adoration to Jesus by anointing him with expensive perfume in preparation for his death & burial.
She "got it" when many followers did not.
She understood & accepted Jesus' purpose for coming to Earth.
    Do we "get it?"

"Nothing done for Jesus is ever wasted."
