~ Pray for preschool ministry teachers are needed for Sunday School and Mission Friends (Wednesday nights).
 ~ Pray for Roger Fredrick - Brooke's dad, who fell out of the bed of his truck & is healing slowly - no broken bones but bruised ribs and banged up knee
~ Stephanie Benzaia - I am coming up on a very very busy season which could lead to many missed Sundays at church. I really struggle when I go through these seasons. I really need Sundays and Sunday School. I have 6 weddings between now and August and most are on Sundays and the other 2 are out of town so I am not sure I will make it on those days. I am also out of town a lot in July.  It will be a wonderful and fun filled summer but please pray for me as I do not like to miss church.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day...Jeff & Becky Floyd taught the class and it was a wonderful lesson about being a Godly Mother and he read this wonderful poem and I wanted to share it with everyone...

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I saw you hang my first painting on the refrigerator,
and I wanted to paint another one.

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I saw you feed a stray cat,
and I thought it was good to be kind to animals.

I saw you make my favorite cake for me,

Jeff Floyd - Praise Jeff's dad has eye issues (cataract) and they are better now and he can drive
Mike Akridge - His mother passed away Sunday night. Services will be at Sunset Funeral home in Northport on Wed. at 11:00, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Graveside for family only.
Stephanie Benzaia - a friend of mine, Jodie Harrison McNutt had a baby this week and he is in the NICU right now with heart problems. I do not know the specifics but he had surgery on Saturday and he is now of the machines so he is doing so much better but he is still in need of prayers. The babies name is Andrew and the parents names are Jodie & Drew McNutt

~ Ashley Lybrand - continued prayers for my mom after knee replacement
~ Elaine Price - please pray for my mom who will be going to the AmeriClinic in Atlanta for a more complete diagnosis. She has been diagnosed with "mild cognitive disorder"
~ Mike - for Mike's mother's comfort as she faces pancreatic cancer
~ Jennifer Holley - my great grandmother passed away Saturday morning
~ Stephanie Benzaia - Benny really struggled with the tear off that Buddy requested everyone fill out in service yesterday. He ended up filling it out but marking none of the boxes. I am not sure if this is a good thing or not but I do have this gut feeling that he is at least not being negative about the whole idea. Please please pray for Jesus to soften his heart more! My best friend is separated from her husband (he has cheated multiple times) please pray for guidance and strength for her during this time.
